Returns
I strive to be
"easy to work with." If you experience any problems,
please contact me to let me know and I will respond in a timely
manner.
Due to the nature of the
products made, I have a
"no refunds" policy. However, if you receive a defective
diaper, I will work with you to try to resolve any issues. If you are unhappy with your
purchase, please email me to let me know the details of the
problem. I will do my best to help!
I cannot guarantee a
refund or exchange. I will make repairs that are the result of a
defect in workmanship. I will also replace snaps. Shipping
fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
I am willing to ship to the US and International. I calculate shipping costs
based on the destination. Many times shipping is not calculated until an order is complete and ready to ship. Shipping costs include
actual postage and a handling fee that helps me cover shipping and office supplies.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
I offer insurance on all packages. If you choose not to insure your package, I cannot be responsible for lost packages after it has left my home.
If you have insured your package I can replace lost items or guarantee a refund.
All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable.
Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
International packages can take a long time to ship if you choose first class international, and there is no guanteed replacement of lost packages shipped
without insurance. The cost to ship priority mail international with insurance is significantly higher, but I strongly urge you to choose this option so that your
package may be traced and/or replaced if lost!
