OS Pocket diapers have a waterproof outer shell and an inner layer designed to keep baby's skin dry, with an opening between the layers into which you insert an absorbent soaker. The Pampered Cheeks design features a superior envelope-style opening that is on the outside of the diaper. This makes diaper changes and clean-up so much easier!

We offer two different styles of inserts to fit our pocket diapers. Shaped inserts come in different sizes and are shaped to fit baby's body and stay in place without shifting or bunching. We also make a simple rectangular insert that can be adjusted to different sizes, making it a perfect companion to the OS Pocket.
